We offer light lunches or quick snacks, with true Panini (which in Italians plural for sandwiches) made of imported cheeses, Italian and domestic cured meats and local fresh vegetables.

The Ciabatta bread we use for our Panini is baked by “Wild flour Breads” especially for Gelato Pazzo. We then press them on our grills imported from Italy creating a fabulous taste sensation. Or maybe you would like to try a heartier lunch? We make specials based on the seasonality and availability of fresh premium ingredients… or is it based on how Vincent feels that day? A salad you ask? Ours are made with fresh greens, grilled meats and vegetables if chosen and our dressings all made in house!
