We prepare the very best and richest-tasting homemade Gelato. Only half the fat & calories of traditional ice cream, but tastes like a thousand times more! Our Gelato is hand made daily on the premises with only premium ingredients. Gelato Pazzo Caffé uses real fruit, nuts, chocolates, imported flavors from Italy, milk and cream, not syrups. We do not add preservatives.

There are some major differences between Gelato
and the traditional version of ice cream.

  • Gelato contains far less calories and fat (0% to 8% fat, as opposed to 10% to 16% fat in most premium ice cream)!

  • Gelato is more flavorful, imported flavorings researched from old Italian recipes delivers sensational intensity of flavors.
  • Gelato is Fresher, made fresh daily on the premises in small batches.

  • Gelato is Creamier, our imported Italian special mixing equipment creates a rich, creamy, smooth product.

  • Gelato is made with all natural ingredients. No preservatives!

  • Gelato is served warmer and softer than ice cream creating full intense flavor immediately.

  • Gelato is much denser than ice cream. The amount of air that traditional ice cream has is usually 50%- 100%.

  • Gelato has only a 25 - 33%. Resulting in a higher quality dessert with a richer, creamier taste and more intensely flavored than ice cream.
